Mamma Mia – The musical
The musical Mamma Mia will be staged on 30 July 2022 from 9.30 pm
at 11.00 pm at the Gran Teatro la Versiliana.
Mammi mia is the most famous musical in history that made everyone fall in love in the year 2000.
The cast is made up of 40 Italian artists who among musicians and artists will give life to the fabulous
musical accompanied by the historical songs of Abba.
The show is the right mix of music and theater that has made it a timeless masterpiece.
The show is conceived and directed by the director Massimo Romeo Piparo who created the first opera,
faithful to the original, but entirely with dialogues and songs in Italian.
The protagonist is the young Sofia who, before getting married, wants to fulfill her greatest dream: to find
his father to be accompanied to the altar.
Thus he brings together his mother’s three historical boyfriends on a small island in the Mediterranean to
understand which of these was his father.
The story is a mix of romance, courage, nonconformity and fun that manages to do
entertain young and old.
The show directed by Massimo Romeo Piparo received the international Flaiano award in 2018.
