The medici palace in Seravezza has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Medici family had this palace built for the stay during the visits to the marble quarries located above Stazzema.

The palace also includes the stables, the small chapel and the large courtyard

The building is located in an excellent position next to the hill which makes it a very cool place even in summer.

The medici villa as well as containing the municipal library offers variou exhibition and projects.

In addition, several festivals take place in its garden, one of which is ENOLIA

small fair where small producers present their agricultural products.

The chapel has been converted into a bar offering aperitifs, craft beer, platters and sandwiches.
