On Mount Cerreta, not far from Seravezza, there is a beautiful refuge where you can take a break from summer heat.

It is located at the foot of Mount Folgorito.

The refuge has been renovated by a group of volunteers and is available to everyone.

The refuge has large room with a glass window with a table inside and a gas stove with a cylinder.

In the front planes there are other tables to be able to eat outside and a braziers to cook meat or fish!

We also find another room for supplies with abudant quantities of water and wines!

To reach the refuge follow the signs for Strettoia and continue until you reach a dirt road,

from here you can continue either by car on foot but it is advisable to continue up to a large space

when you can park your car, the road from there it becomes inaccesible execpet with an off-road but,

continuing the road of foot for 15 minutes you will arrive at the refuge.

From the refuge it is also possible to follow the numerous paths and reach the top of the mountain from where the view is truly beathtaking.

The refuge is caled Caribà in honor of the man who had started the costruction,

precisely in order to make it a place of conviviality between friends and families.

The refuge has frees access, the only oblication is to leave it clean

in respect of the surrounding nature.
